    WOD: 7:13 75#, T2B, 30″ box
    PR’ed a with a 34″ box jump prior to WOD and also had my first ass to ground fall during a box jump during a WOD.

    Did cleans today and handled 185 well, so jumped to 205. Almost had it… i will get it next time. Form is improving i think… thanks to Michele and Gil.

      Jay the reason you’re getting better is because you take in everything and implement it. You practice constantly and you don’t let your ego get in the way. Much.

    Today was pretty awesome. Didn’t do the pulls, didn’t want to aggravate my arm any, so I just practiced some power cleans up to 85lb.

    Wod: 5:48. Everything was really good. Toes to bar were solid. Lungs were burning after that one! Awesome wod.

    did yesterday’s bench and earlier in the week’s deadlifts today.

    snatch pulls = 125 for all sets.

    wod: 7:06 with 75lbs and 24″ box jump.

    Went ridiculously slow – at this point my grip was pretty much non existant and my body was saying “enough” 🙂
