    Deadlift heavy 3 – 295lbs (Previous 1RM was 265lbs on 4/24)

    WOD – 9 rounds @ 95lbs with 1.5pd kb

    7+1 with 95lb push press and 1.5 pood kbs.
    95lbs got heavy QUICK, but at least all the kbs were unbroken.

    Didn’t do the deadlift because I deadlifted yesterday 🙂

    I only just got back to Boston when I showed up at CFN. I did a lot of mobility and a few muscle ups to loosen up a bit. Will get back down and dirty with wods tomorrow. 😀

    DL 3×335 felt heavier than I wanted it to.
    WOD: 7 rounds w/ 135 & 70lb kbs.
    A lot harder than I thought, legs were dead to start due to murph yesterday.
