Establish your heaviest 1 for the day

“lat’s get outta here”

10 sets

3 wall climbs

10 pull-ups

Rest 1-1:30 min after each set

Reps/rounds will be scaled as needed

    PR on the Push Press this morning. Max @ 175 lbs, up from 165 back in March.

    110# on the push press. Not too bad considering I was only hoping to get 95# or so.

    The WOD had a lot of pullups. It took about 28 minutes. And contained a lot of pullups.

    Finally a day back at CFN after a hellish work schedule the past two weeks!!! I did Monday’s WOD, 17:30. The wall balls seemed to take forever, but overall happy with that time after 10 days away!!
