    Worked out at River North Crosssfit in Chicago this morning.

    Started with front squats 2 set of 5, 2 sets of 3, 2 sets of 1. 185, 225, 250

    Then 50 115 pound squat cleans with 4 burpees on the minute ever minute. 10:03 for the WOD

    finished with 100 ab mat situps.

    Back Squats: Bar x10, 135×8, 185×3, 225×1, 255×1, 275×1, 300×1 – Failed, 290×1.
    WOD: 5rds +12 Rx

    Failed to match my previous BS PR (285) but did get 275. 6 rounds even with 115 and 55 KB.

    New PR on back squats this morning. Got 275×1, which is up from my previous max of 235×1 on March 2nd.

    Solid day today. Still trying to find my stride with my shoulder. Anyway, reached a new PR for back squat at 325 (up from 320). Then Gil and I worked out a Frankenstein WOD to accommodate my shoulder. 135 squat 10 reps and bent over row w/ 45 lb db 10 reps each arm. 7 + 8.

    New high bar back squat pr at 255. 10# pr.

    WOD: 6 + 1 with 115# back squat. Lower back was smoked.

    New PR on back squats 275 up from 245 2 months ago.

    WOD: 6 with 135 bs & 53 kbs. Lower back was already smoked by 3rd round
