Saturday 5.5.12

Again, The start date of the schedule change will be Monday the 14th of May.  From that day on the 5pm class will be at 5:30 and the 6pm class at 6:30.  There will be no 7pm classes anymore.  The rest of the classes will stay the same. We are always thinking about new class times.  So stay tuned.

150 wall balls@20/14

run 400 meters as a team

150 toes to bar

run 400 meters as a team

150 overhead lunge steps@45/25

run 400 meters as a team

150 kb swings@53/35

one plate 45/25, one kb 53/35, and one mb 20/14 must be held the entire WOD. Once the WOD starts none of the weight can touch the ground. The weight may be dropped once the WOD is over.
