Tomorrow the last sectional WOD is released. You all have done an amazing job so far. There’s not one of you that hasn’t given 110% to these WODs. You are all better athletes for this. Let’s give it one last push and demolish this last workout and seal the deal for regionals. You have all contributed to the team performance,  weather it was through points, motivation or support. Each and every one of you is a part of the team.

    clean complex- 185lb, only managed 1 rep at 195lb
    DL sets of 2 with 320lb

    Clean Complex – 205 (This was kinda tough and a HUGE mental battle on the second rep).

    DL – 376 (Thank you fractional plates!!!)

    Tons of people this morning! I can only imagine how crowded the evening classes are getting.

    Did yesterdays…
    Snatch dl + snatch pull + power snatch 165lbs

    12min amrap…2,4,6 of snatches(95lbs) and 30in box jump
    got through 16 snatches and 12 boxjumps

    Came in with neck injury and not able to do anything using my shoulders. Gil still managed to kick my ass.

    run 400m + 50 squats. 17:42. Challenging for sure. Thanks Gil.

    Did the clean complex up to 115, then just did sets of 2 power cleans at 125 and 135. 135 was my previous 1 rep max so I guess that’s gone up a bit!

    DL: 2-2-2-2-2-2 at 236lb. I love these fractional plates.

    Did some muscle up practice after and got so close to getting up there.
