    practiced some split jerks afterwards

    Comp Wod – 6+5

    Started off with everything unbroken and slowly turned into the MU going from sets of 4 to sets of 3 and finally just sets of 1.

    Still sore from the weekend…which was awesome. I’m really happy to have gotten 225# on my front squat Sunday.

    8+3 with 115# and pull ups. So slow, so tired, but that was the most pull ups I’ve ever done in a WOD unassisted.

    Comp WOD with pull ups and 75# HPC and Thrusters- 11 Rounds flat. Felt really good this morning.

    Comp wod: 8+4 with jumping muscle ups. Arms are quite noodly after that one.

    I did some actual muscle up practice before the wod, and I am so close to getting one. SO SO CLOSE. AGH.

    7 rounds + 3, but did the girl version of 2 mu instead of 4 to keep moving. I think I would have been in round 2 still if I had to do 4!

    I must say that heavy thrusters and kbs really “F” up mu’s! Thank you Gil!!!!
