    Hit a heavy 1 back squat 265, then 3 sets at 225. (7,6,6 reps)
    New Max deadlift 385, then 2 sets at 365 (5, 7 reps)

    12min amrap:
    15 box jumps
    15 HRPU
    7 rounds + 20 with 20lb vest

    2+20… My body has been pissed at me lately for some reason. KB swings felt awesome and push ups felt good as well.

    Just need to push myself to that next level!!!

    Press: 6×60, 6×65, 3×75, 2×80. Actually felt ok with the arm.
    Wod: 2 rounds plus 2 reps at 1.5 pood. I met my goals of getting through 2 full rounds, and did all the swings unbroken.
