For competitors..do you do the entire thing twice… Or is what is written you do once and it has the 2 rounds(2 workouts) as is

you do the 2 rounds of kbs, pu, and rowing, then go right into the double-unders and toes to bar. then you’re finished.

  2. Dan Alting Says:

Did the competition work out today, 16:16 subbed 126-90-54 singles for DU

  3. Joe Says:

13:12 on the regular workout, and I was able to do a total of 25 pullups broken into 4’s, 3’s, and 2’s. My hands are still throbbing from trying to grip.

  4. Amanda Says:

Did Competitor WOD. 53# KB may have been a bit heavy, but I powered through. Double Unders KILLED me. 24:41

  5. Jen Says:

Competitors WOD – 19:11 with the 45# KB, couldn’t bring myself to pick up the 53# for that many reps!! I did my first dead hang pull up today (palms facing in), and then did 4 more sets of 1!

Competitors WOD was awesome. 13:55rx… Double Unders are so much harder in a WOD than in a warm up. I tripped up wayyyyyy too many times. Almost threw up…a.k.a awesome WOD Gil.

  7. Heather Donnelly Says:

Competitors – 18:58 rx. Managed to string together some t2b and kept moving for the most part. Feel good about this. 🙂

  8. Jodie Says:

Gil worked some substitution magic tonite for a lil hamstring pull yesterday. So he had me do this torture:
    30 pp at 65#
30 pushups (which was essentially the same movement…horrible)
    Row 300
    63, 45, 27 du
    21, 15, 9 ghdsu

Felt like puking so forgot to look at my time. Somewhere after rob.

    Great wod!

  9. Nick C. Says:

comp WOD- 16:17- toes to bar were terrible and have become my nemesis. Got some good tips from Gil afterwards and did 5 unbroken sets of 7.
