Wednesday 1.18.12 “CHOOSE THE GOAT”

Today is Goat day

Choose a couple of movements that you either don’t like or have trouble with.

I will create a WOD with those movements.

In the end this will make you a better athlete. A chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link. How strong are you?

    Did yesterday’s WOD w/fellow Silver Snakes teammate Laura. Didnt write down the rowing times, but it was definitely a good lung burner.

    For the push press, we did somewhere in the mid-nineties for reps, rx.

    Worked on Squat Snatch technique and was able to hit 125#, which is a 5# PR on the Squat Snatch. Felt like I had more to go, but there was no need to push beyond a new PR.

    I have a goal of a body weight squat snatch (will have to wait until after the Open to push for it).

    Played around with some butterfly pull ups.
