    WOD: 16:34 1/2 RX. Did two rounds with 135, then opted to drop down to 95 to keep the pace up and conditioning up. Probably shoudl have just gone with 115, that would have been the happy medium.

    Probally doing this tomorrow, depends how i feel.
    Squats 10 sets x 3 (205lbs) good heavy triples

    Fran: 5:01!! PR by like 2:30 minutes. Also i did my slow and steady pace and i didn’t feel like dying after. I can’t wait to do it again in march and see the improvement. Also surprisingly, i didn’t hate the thrusters.

    20:05. Did the first three rounds rx, and had to drop the bar to 65lb to finish the last one because my lower back was seizing up. Not going to hurt myself for the throwdown. Instead I will make sweet love to my foam roll. 😉
