The CrossFit Newton Team throwdown is this month.  For those of you competing, lets kick it into high gear.  I’m hoping that those of you who are not competing in the throwdown will come cheer your fellow CFN athletes on.  Last year was a lot of fun and very competetive.  This year is sure to be even better. 

The CrossFit open is just around the corner.  This weekend we will be starting competition training each weekend leading up to regionals.  Those of you who are serious about making it to the games, team or individual should try to make it as often as possible.
