plank 1 min(alternate reaching out in front of you with each hand)

2 clapping push-ups

3 tuck jump squats(when you jump pull your knees to your chest)

4 jumping lunges

5 burpees (stop your chest 2″ above the ground and get back up)

6 wall climbs

7 v-ups

8 clapping push-ups

9 tuck jump squats(when you jump pull your knees to your chest)

10 jumping lunges

11 burpees(stop your chest 2″ above the ground and get back up)

12 wall climbs
