    did yesterday’s snatch/OHS WOD- 9 rounds + 7 reps
    back squat- 3×235, 2×245 (failed on 3rd rep)

    Snatch grip deadlifts: 115#, 135#, 135#, 145#
    “Frank the Tank” with 120# DL, 17:35
    This was my first day back trying pushups and burpees…it was a bit of a struggle, but will continue to work smartly on improving shoulder joint stability.

    Also did my back squats from yesterday this morning – 195×3.
