    30 box jumps 24in
    30 burpees
    30 kb swings 53lb

    Today did squats then
    5 rounds:
    15 pullups
    15 front squats

    I also did yesterday’s workout. 5 rounds plus 8. Did much better on the wall balls this time, even if they were a bit slow. No repped myself when needed, but thankfully there weren’t many. Thanks to Michele for keeping me going. 😀
