    19:48 – 165# DL, HSPU with 10lb plate deficit. Not particularly happy with that time, the second wod slowed me down considerably.

    I was very excited for this wod until my bicep pulled during warmup on the first dl pull at 225….damn! Matt so nicely 😉 subbed 155 lb back squats which were WAY worse for me! They made everything else suck much more!

    slow going in the beginning but then was able to blow through the second half of the wod. double under and box jumps. my favorite.
