    My mother has a barbell in her basement so I did a mini-wod. 6 sets of 5 front squats @ 65, 75, 85. 95, 105, 115, then max double unders in two minutes. Good way to work off some of that turkey. 😀

    Gil and I had to go to LA Fitness to wo today. That was fun!

    Wod: row 1000m, 20 db push press with 35lb
    Dumbbells, 200 du, 20 pp, row 1000m: 21:25

    Not bad wod for a globogym! Rowers were in mint condition of course!!!

    Congrats to Michele for getting Crossfit certified – great class today 🙂

    I subbed hang power cleans for the snatches.
    5 – 85#, 3 – 100#, 1 – 105# for two sets of three. I need to shrug more, which will be easier when my scalenes recover.

    WOD – 80# hang power cleans, 13:26.
