    Did yesterday’s WOD: Squat Clean – 135x2x2, 145x2x2, 155x2x2, 165x2x1,170x2x3. T2B First set unbroken, following sets were broken up. Competitors WOD: 2min x 2 max double unders. Probably 60 on the first round. 25ish on the second round.

    I’m a day behind so also did sq clean wod, 85×3 for 2, 90×3 for 2, 95×3 for 2, 100×3, 105×3 for 2, then 115×3 (PR)…all toes2bar unbroken

    Du for two minutes was not fun. First round got 50 unbroken in first 30 sec. My forearms were so spent the rest of the time was a joke! I think all the failed mu yesterday in addition to the 15 I got really taxed my arms! O well!!!

    Worked up to 115 push press. Failed 120 twice (hitting my chin with the bar the second time, ouch!). Still happy with that, though.

    Wod: 10:50. That was a great one. 😀

    200 x 1 (15 pound PR).
    205 = Fail

    Did Annie for the WOD and got 7:40 (1:20PR)
