    Did Tuesdays WOD: Hang power clean 1 rep: 195, 205, 215, 225 (PR). WOD B:17:02, Rx (abmat with HSPU).

    Did Wednesday’s WOD:
    2 x 10 Deadlift starting at 85%1RM. I ended up doing 13 sets. Final set @ 185#. Not the prettiest of deadlifts, but I’ll keep working on it.

    Then ran 200m x 4 with a sandbag (approx. 30#)

    Push Press: 95#, 115#, 125#
    Deadhang Pull-Ups: 5 sets of 2, 5 sets of 3
    Box Jumps: 5 sets at 32″, 5 sets at 34″
    Decided to keep going to see how high I could go. Got to 37″.

    Arms were pretty sore still from Tuesday, so only managed 95/115/125 for my push presses. Then did 6 sets of 3 pull-ups and 4 sets of 4 to finish. Box jumps were interesting. Did the first 5 rounds at 40″ but they were too easy. Went up to 43″ for the next three and 46″ for the last two. Played around afterwards for awhile and got a 50″ box jump, 2″ higher than my previous best. Woo!
