    Front squats were slow and steady, hspu were slow and unsteady, and c2b pull-ups felt really good. Kinda the opposite of how I thought the wod would go. Burpees 17 & 19.

    11:21rx* (HSPU on round 2 were garbage and round 3 were a bit suspect).
    Burpees 23 &16.

    Shoulders shot so wasn’t feeling pullups or hspu.

    Did 21-15-9-15-21-15-9 kettlebell swings @1.5 and 20″ box jumps instead.

    Jeff you are a beast. If I could have 3/4 of your back squat max I would be happy!

    WOD- 4 sets of 10 HPC with 145. Dropped the bar on the 9th rep of the 4th set.
    3x600m on the treadmill- averaged around 10.2mph

    pistols – 10 per leg (consecutive); my left is slightly weaker than my right side on these.

    today’s workout but subbed v-ups for HSPU and ring rows for pullups, front squat @ 80#

    finished up with some core and shoulder stabilization on the rings.

    Nick -truly your athleticism inspires me and Grayson with his infinte wisdom and insight keeps me going. But by far Gil’s quite confidence in my ineptitude abd continual struggle to improve is amazing!

    Wod rx: 12:32. Hspu slowed me down the most. Amazingly, FS were the best for me. 1st and 3rd rounds unbroken. 2nd round 6&6.

    Burpees 18 and 17. Buck furpees!!! It was everything I cud do just to keep up w shu yee! U r a burpee machine girl!
