    first set @115#. a little ambitious. dropped down to 105# for the other three sets. all unbroken.

    Since I’m going to be MIA until Monday, busy moving apartments, I did tomorrow’s wod. 15-12-9 front squat @ 85, hspu and pull-ups. 7:33. I like the tough short ones. 😀
