    -Deadlift (275lbs)
    -Strict L-Muscle Ups
    Was shooting for nicks 5:02, but there was no way, failed so many times on those strict muscle ups. Great Job Nick

    Pistol work (took a bit to get them going).

    Did Snatch Balance and muscle ups last night so shoulders were in no shape for Jerks.

    Continuing on the strength bias:

    5×3 tempo dead lifts with a stop at the bottom @ 235#; 20, 15, 10, 10, 10 pushups between sets of dls using abmat and 45# plates,

    5, 5, 3 dead hang pull ups.

    pistol work – worked up to 3 sets of 5 consecutive reps per leg

    row – max distance in 2 minutes x 2 (with 2 min rest): 455m, 467m
    deadlift @ 105# – max reps in 1 minute x 2 (with 2 min rest): 26, 28

    decided to do one final set of 5 pistols per leg

    9:27 Karen. That took ages, but I split them up into sets of 10 and only had to break up the last set into sets of 5, so I’m reasonably happy with that.

    PRed on my jerk – 125. Failed it once, but got it the second go. After all those wall balls, I’m super happy with that.
