    attempting to get back in the saddle again. been stretching psoas et al, like, every 10 minutes – more frequently during workouts.

    today:
    did some cleans 4×5 – 65#, 75#, 85#, 95#. nothing major, but given that i’ve lost some 8lbs of muscle this summer, it was a decent start up challenge.

    then 5 rounds – 6:28
    5 jerk (45#)
    20 double-unders (alternating, cos i’m just that good. 🙂

    Did yesterday’s WOD: Total time: 18:07. Breakdown: 1st rd: 3:35, 2nd:3:53, 3rd 4:32. 2nd and 3rd rds had to modify the KBSs – did not go past my head. Competitors WOD: Did double unders; not really worth counting, but I am working on them.
