    Did yesterday’s WOD: Worked my my way up from 135 to 175 on the power cleans (10lb off PR so pretty happy with that.) Then did 185 heavy 3 front squats.

    lower back was shot from yesterday deadlifts didnt feel safe..also my traps, forearms, and lats were killing from cleans and pullups from the previous day…

    decided to do make depth for strict handstand pushups…im thinking it was about 8 inches.

    WOD:
    Tabatatabata: 8 rounds of…
    20 sec double unders 10 sec rest
    20 sec HRPU

    shoulders = death
