    Just a nasty workout I did this morning at New London Crossfit:

    AMRAP 10
    15 wall ball
    15 walking lunges
    10 pull ups

    followed after set-up by

    AMRAP 10
    20 kb swings @ 2 pood
    5 burpees
    20 air squats
    Run the parking lot

    followed after set-up by

    AMRAP 10
    15 box jumps @ 24″
    15 plate to overhead @ 45#
    15 push ups
    40 bar hops (pvc on ground)

    one of those workouts would have been good for the day . . . needless to say three was a real test of recovery and work capacity
