CrossFit Wicked Grand Opening Sat, Sept 10th!

Hey All,

I know this is last minute, but I wanted to invite everyone to join in the

celebration of our friends at CrossFit Wicked in Middleton, MA.

They are running all kinds of wods at all levels.  See schedule below:

10:00AM Beginner WOD

AMRAP in 8 minutes
4 Ring Rows
8 Dumbbell Push Presses
12 Dumbbell Step-ups

11:00AM Intermediate WOD

21-15-9
Pull-ups
Burpees

12:00PM Advanced WOD

“She-Ra: Princess of Power”
5 Rounds
5 Muscle-ups
10 Power Cleans (165/105)

1:00PM Competition WOD

On the minute, for max minutes
4 Deadlifts (315/205)
12 Push-ups

Adult Challenges: Prowler Push (90/50), Wall Ball Height (20/14),
Kids Challenges: Max Sit-ups in a Minute, Max Time Chin over Bar

Congrats to them on their opening and hope some of you can go celebrate with them!
