Labor Day WOD and Schedule

There will only be 2 classes on Monday.

11am and 5pm

Heather + Cristina

Team WOD

2 ppl per team

each person on the team must complete 10 rounds of:

“Cindy”

5 pull-ups

10 hr push-ups

15 air squats

after every 2 rounds each person on the team must complete 15 sdhp (95/65)

one bar per team, one space on the pull-up bar
