1. deadlift

5 sets of 2 at 90%1rm

do 20 burpees after each set, rest as needed between each.

Try to keep the burpees unbroken, knowing you have a rest after.

If you need to lower the weight do so.

2. farmers walk

for distance till you can’t hold it any longer

men use 70 lb kb/women use 53

    farmers walk- 6.25 times back and forth

    1@295, 4@315 for DL/burpees.
    8 and almost a half laps across the floor with 2pd kettlebells.

    did the farmers walks after, had to use 55lb dumbbells instead of kettlebells – 108 steps (no idea how to judge distance at that place) x2 🙂
