    Did yesterday’s WOD. Max pull-ups 12,9,5. 1 rd 115# PP, 2nd rd 3reps 115# -12reps 105# PP, 3rd 8 105#-7@100, 4th and 5th @100. 1.5pd KBS. 19:12 tot. Lost time changing weights.
