    15:21 rx. This was very hard for me. Just trying to stay with Jay was motivating enough to get me through it. I definitely had that internal mental fight of saying I am defeated on this one, especially during the push press.

    tried this wod rx, but lower back was KILLING me from 75 OHS on Sat. and Sq. Cleans yesterday, so scaled down to 35 lb DB on third round.

    Time was 12 something….was too tired to look at the clock! 😦

    Matt T. was crazy to watch doing his dead hangs with a 55 lb KB hanging from his waist!!!! I’m impressed!!!!

    I got a few dead hangs today. 1-1-1-1-1. I am really happy with that.

    wod: 15:22 @ 65lb /1pd. That was brutal.
