As a Crossfitter, you train like an elite athlete. And chances are, you also eat like an elite athlete. But do you care for your body like an elite athlete? Any professional athlete knows that if they expect to be able to perform their best and keep injuries as far away as possible, the soft tissues of their body need to be kept in tip-top condition. Muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. If they’re not working properly together, YOU are not working properly. And with the high-intensity activity you regularly put your body through, you’re increasing the risk of injury as you let soft tissue dysfunction build up.

That’s where Warrior’s Respite Massage Therapy comes in. As a Crossfitter and athlete herself, Amy Fair knows the truth about the beating you put your body through in the box and the kind of movement you need to have to keep up your passion for the long haul. With a solid background in anatomy, physiology, body mechanics and a wide range of manual therapy techniques, she’s got your back.

Available onsite at CrossFit Newton

“I came to see Amy after developing chronic shoulder pain and numbness in my left hand. It derailed my usual CrossFit routine and ruined my sleep. My wife, tired of my tossing and turning, exiled me to the couch. After the first session I slept through the night for the first time in weeks. In further sessions the root problem resolved. The numbness and pain are gone, and I’m back to my regular routine in the gym.” ~a CrossFitter you may know~

Come in for a session and see for yourself. Be honest. How do your shoulders really feel after you PR on Fran?
