    Guys. I *almost* got a muscle up today. I was kicking ass at the banded ones, and very nearly got up on the normal rings. Any day now, I can taste it!!!

    wod: 19:30. I was insane and did banded muscle ups instead of pullups. It was hard, but I got through it.
