    I was feeling a little insane today.
    10 rounds:
    -3 Muscle Ups
    -7 Front Squats(135lbs)
    Followed by 5 rounds of:
    -250m row
    -20 Double Unders
    -15 Box Jumps
    -10 Wall Balls
    Followed by :
    -Carry all sandbags to stop sign
    -20 burpees
    -carry all sandbags back into the gym
    57:35… the worst 57 and half minutes +5 seconds of my entire life.

    Holy crap ryan! I feel badly complaining about how hard todays wod was!

    12:20 rx….kb swings were heavy as all hell. Tough wod in the heat. I didn’t stop sweating for hours. Great way to come back!!!! 🙂

    17:33 with 2pd KB and 85 SDHP. First time doing more than a handful of swings with the big one. Wow that get’s heavy. It was fun to have so many people in the gym.
