Saturday and sunday – Regular schedule

Monday the 4th – No class

Tuesday – Regular schedule, but no 9:30

1. Overhead squat or Snatch balance

This is to work on mechanics only

No heavier than the bar. Concentrate on positioning

Work on your snatch balance if you are proficient at overhead squats

2. “Cindy”

Amrap 20

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 squats
