25 yards as heavy as possible/rest 2 min
2A. box jumps over the box
15 jumps@30/24 x 4 /rest :20 sec
2B. pull-ups
8-12 reps x 4/rest :20 sec
if you are using a band then make it tougher and do the lesser number with a lighter band
The way this WOD works: You will complete A, rest :20 seconds, then complete B, rest :20 seconds and go through the cucle 4 more times.

my sled push today was 270#. first time i had tried to find my heaviest so i was happy with this.
