Everyone did an awesome job on this WOD. You really gave it all you had. Some of you PR’d, some of you lifted your PR multiple times, but all of you made me proud. The support in this gym is nothing short of AMAZING.
So I know some of the quality of movement here isn’t so great. Normally we strive for perfect form, but during the competition season it breaks down a bit to get movement completed. Sorry we had to no rep some of you, but we have to make sure the movement standards are enforced. I even no repped Jodie on one of her 100 lb snatches and that could have cost me my life.
