Great showing at the 6:30 class this morning! Subbed running for rowing. Not sure of the time but tripped once on the 2nd set of dunders and cruised through the burpees . . .
Took two weeks off trying to get my shoulder right. Subbed reversed grip DLs for cleans to work on stretching my neck and arms and position my shoulders correctly. 5 x 135, 5 x 155, 5 x 175, 5 x 195. WOD: 4:58, 5:17

hang power cleans – focused on doing them from the pocket vs. a full hang to really work on getting UNDER the bar.

Today was pretty good for my first day back into wods with everyone.
Cleans: 95, 105, 115. Those felt pretty awesome, though I dropped the bar after rep 7 of my last set. Whoops.
Wod: 15:10 inc. rest. First round was 5:30, second round considerably longer.
