Having hip issue so BJ was out. Tried 2 mu, 7 dl, 28 du but bailed after one round bc I was going too slowly. Then finished up 15 min with 7 dl, 14 kbs, 28 du. Got 7 more rounds plus 4. That sucked the life out of me.

deadlift – 225×5, 265×5, 300×5 – grip was the limiting factor here so i did the 300×5 again, but then could not do it for a third.
wod: 7+21. felt… slow.
