    Did Monday’s WOD: BS 170×5, 195×5, 220×21. WOD: 10:09 Rx. Glad to be back after a three day hiatus (recovery)! Liked the Reebok Oly shoes for the OHS (I think it was my first time using them for OHS), which got better as the WOD progressed.

      I hear ya joel on the reebok oly shoes….Staci and I both love them for OHS!

      Reebok HQ came in yesterday to talk about custom gear for CFN….anyone have a say on it. They sure do have nice gear and shoes. :)

        Custom gear – I would buy a CFN sweatshirt no doubt. I think CFN knee high socks would be dope as ever. I’d probably get anything that says CFN on it

        Tank tops!!! Tshirts are great and all, but I much prefer working out in tanks.

        I think zip up hoodies, any type of sweats would be awesome! I’d buy them! I agree on the tank tops as well :)

        Joel is going for definition right now… He doe snot want to bulk up.

        i see. well, from what i have read, you get “definition” by dropping body fat and getting bigger muscles. high reps will increase muscular endurance much more than strength. Unless you’re eating a LOT, the combination of metcons and lifting make bulking up in crossfit pretty hard, in my opinion.

        I think the magic is in the shoes – plus, I think I had a pretty crappy 1RM BS.

    8:33 Rx – a leisurely Karen. I hadn’t done it before and the whole right side of my body hates me right now!
    Did Monday’s workout yesterday in 15 something. Had a bit of trouble with OHS balance during the first round and the pull ups were slow going. But felt good after two days off.
